Default Severe Usage?

In my maintenance log it states that additional maintenance is to be added for severe usage. I am not exactly sure what best defines "severe usage" of my 2007 Tuscon. The manual gives a list of several things that identify "severe usage", however; I only meet a 2 of the 15 criterias mentioned. So I am a little confused as to if I should be concerning myself with having those items inspected or replaced. Ex: 37,500 Inspect: Driveshafts and Boots or at 45,000 Replace the Fuel tank air filter??? I would defiantely appreciate any suggestions on this.

WHat criteria do you meet? Basically, if you drive a lot of short distances (city driving) and live where they put salt on the road in the winter, you are considered severe usage.
