Default some sort of electrical problem

hi, so i have a 2006 Tiburon GT. When i first turned on my car today(right after i installed my front ark strut bar), my radio would not turn on, my clock was not on, the temperature keeps resetting it self to farenheit, and my car wont unlock/lock with the remote. I dont know what happened, but this started just today and every time i turn on my car. Any ideas? thanks.

oh and when the engine is off, instead of the fuel needle going to Empty, it goes to Full, and when i turn on the engine, it swings back to Empty and then back to whatever level of gas i have.

OK i have an 03 tiburon, the other day it started killing the power to the radio and dash lights whenever i would touch my brakes or turn on the turn signals. Also my passenger window hasnt worked for months and just all of a sudden started to work. I looked in the fusebox and could not find anything but under the dash there is a flashing red light, and whenever i seem to have this problem if i kick the dash the radio comes back on. Any Ideas?
