Is the owner's manual still with the car?
If so, take some time to read how the controls are supposed to work. All vehicles are not the same.
In some owner's manuals they show images of the fuse panels . Among the listing and locations you should find what fuse and relay controls what.
To me that is a better way to learn about what the vehicle has and how it is supposed to work.
If it was as easy as saying check this or that a lot of shops would have to close their doors, but it takes some time and could be worth your time too.
