My 2014 Tucson engine fan does not go to high speed. I replaced the fan and checked the fuses under the hood. Thanks

 

In your owner's manual, you know , that old book burried in the glove compartment,,there is a diagram of the relays , their location and what they control.

There is a relay that controls cooling fan high speed. I believe it is relay #9. If it the same as the low speed relay , just switch them and see what you get.
