Default 2018 Tucson cooling fan problems.

Hey everybody, I did a quick search and found a few threads on this topic, but I fear my issue may be unique. I much appreciate any input.
2018 Tucson fan is not engaging. Of course, I checked the fuse and relay first (one fuse 40amp, and one relay for fan marked hi). I have confirmed that there is power available at the fan. The A/C works okay. The fan does not come on when the A/C is engaged. My scan tool indicates that the coolant temp sensor is reading temp. There are no active codes. I replaced the fan assembly, but the problem persists.
My wife told me that the car started to overheat when it sat idling for over 15 min. To my knowledge, this is the only time the car has overheated. I have been driving the car for several days, and I have not been able to get the car to overheat. Even after idling for 15-20 min, the gauge never goes above where it seems to hang out, so I'm not sure if the fan will engage if it gets hot. However, I have not seen the fan engage once since I conducted the diagnosis. I know the fan is not functioning properly, but it seems to be whatever commands the fan that is the issue. My first thought was temp sensor, but if it's reading temp, I assume it is still good.
Thank you for your help.

In the engine compartment,
there is a fuse relay panel.

One of the relays , should be marked on panel cover, is for Cooling fan hi-speed relay.
If you have the key on and jump the terminals that send power to the fan motor it should run. Does it? We need to see if the relay works Sometimes you can substitute another same type relay from the panel to confirm relay works or not.
Let me know what relay numbers are and we should be able to tell you which terminals to jump.
The numbers I need are either a diagram on the relay or the numbers on the underside of the relay.
DO NOT JUMP ANYTHING IF YOU AREN'T SURE WHICH ARE WHICH.

Thanks for the reply. I'll double check the relay, but it tested okay. It was the first thing I checked.

As you know there are 2 things to verify when checking out relay function.
The first is the circuit that energized the relay and the other half is the circuit the relay completes when it closes.

Which test(s) did you do?
