Won't start
I locked my 2007 Elantra with the keyless entry key and then when I tried to unlock it with the keyless entry it didn't work so I did it with the regular key. Now the car won't start. I called the service people and they said I would have to get it towed to the dealership - is this true?
Thanks

If you used the keyless entry remote to lock the car, you set the alarm. The alarm can only be disarmed with the remote; the key can't do it. Simply use the remote to unlock the car, then it should start. If you've lost the remote, then there is no way for you to disarm the alarm and then yes, you have to get it towed to the dealer.
