2000/1 Dim Headlights

Hi can anyone help I have two front headlights which are dim , when I switch to full beam they work ok and I turn fog lights on which give me extra coverage when lights on low beam.

Are the lenses fogged? How old are the bulbs? Are the lights aimed correctly?

Replace the bulbs and thoroughly clean your headlights. Bulbs dim over time and your headlight lens will get filthy if you don't wash your car consistently.
