If it was flooded that bad, I'd suggest getting rid of it quick. Too many problems come from being flooded. Mold for one.

A hair dryer? cycle the shifter back n forth, any electronics that got wet and not totally dry, might have issues

Pop the button off the shift lock override at the base of the shifter,stick a pencil or screw driver down the hole to release lock.This is in the owners manual and does work cuz I have done it,hope this helps.
