I had a blowout on left rear side it broke the left side of bumper and tore off side running light now my dash lights and left rear tail lights dont work I checked fuses all are good what is problem could use some help thanx

 

Was the damage repaired? The wires to the side or tail lights may have been cut.

 

Wiring looks good replaced the running light fuse was blown in the engine box 10amp after replacing light fixture I put new fuse in it blew as soon as I turned lights on

 

Then you have a short somewhere. My guess would be the wiring for the damaged light fixture.
