Arrow Accent

Hi,

I just got an 98 Accent about a month ago and so far it is doing good.

I just want to know what I can do to it to make it a little bit better?

Yeah, "better" as in how? Remember, the Accent is an economy daily driver, not a racecar.

Again, I'll ask, better how? More powerful or more fuel efficient? The Accent is an economy car.

Here's the best places for tires:

The two are usually mutually exclusive. Anything done to increase the performance usually hurts fuel economy. About the only things that will help both is doing a tune up and replacing the standard oil and trans fluid with synthetic versions. But the gains will be minimal.

If you want to seriously increase performance, add a turbo or do an engine swap.

Good luck with that.
