Default another problem

My daughter has a 2001 Accent with apprx. 70,000 miles on it. The car wouldnt start.after checking a few things it was the battery, which we replaced.she got about a mile down the road and then the car stalled out. The car would turn over but wouldnt start. It took about 15 minutes for the car to start again. then it drove fine for about 4 miles to home. Anyone have this same issue or have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Well I took the car out and about today and it ran fine.....Then suddenly the engine light came on and the car jerked a couple of times, I gave it some gas and it hasnt happened sinse. HELP!!

I took the car to Autozone to run a scanner on it but they told me without an engine light being lit while the scanner is on, it wouldnt bring up any codes...Whats going on?

you could have a faulty fuel pump, crank sensor, it's hard to diagnose intermitten problems. you can check the crank sensor and see if the wire is brittle. one sign of a bad sensor
