Default battery help

So the battery died on my Accent. Its the original battery, and had some different connection on the positive connection to the battery. Of course the new one i picked up does not have this connector. when i attach the positive side its on pretty good but i can move it around but it wouldnt pop off. I just want to know if its safe to drive it for the next couple days before i can get it to the shop.

This is the video to help explain it better.

That part with the stud on the top of the battery terminal is part of the connector, not the battery. Pry it off the old battery and put it on the new one.
