Fuel idle too rich

Fuel idle too rich
Hi all,
I am using a hyundai accent 2000 1.5cc auto car. Recentle the check light came up and scanner shows the error 'Fuel system idle too rich'. What could be the problem and how can I solve it?
I have already done an engine tune up, replaced spark plugs and the fuel pump.
