Default Headlight switch stuck off

Hey guys!

I was headed out to the store this evening and realized I was having a weird issue with my headlight switch. I can twist the **** and my lights come on, but there is some spring resistance that pushes it back to the off position
Anyone run into this before? Hoping I don't need to replace the entire turn signal assembly.

It's a 2012 Accent SE.

Significant "spring" Resistance

Snaps back to off when released

You can get the Headlight sw assy separately, but the steering wheel needs to be removed to replace it.
Without the tools and instructions , it might be a better move to have a shop with the tools do the job.
