Default Hyundai Accent 2013 HB jerking problem

Hello,
I got a used 2013 Hyundai Accent HB, 8000 miles, Certified, auto transmission from a reputed dealer. Its been 3 weeks now.
I started noticing\feeling a slight jerk at the time of Acceleration(picking up speed) and at the time of slowing down(like slowing down at a turn or a red light). So i checked with the dealer and he said he did a reset of the computer , but seems it didnt solve the problem.
The jerk is similar to what we feel when we shift gears in a manual transmission.
So my question is:
1. Is this normal in this type of car?
2. Is there a problem in the Car?
3. do i need to take it back to the dealer to re check this problem ?
Any advise or suggestion is greatly appreciated.
Do let me know if you need any more details or have any question.

This seems to be normal for the Accent.
There has been noting the dealer can do about it at this time but do make a complaint to them.
The problem should be fixed by the manufacture. Software update?
