If I buy a used key fob on ebay how hard is it to program to work my car? Dealer wants $40.00 to program,,is it a do it yourself deal?? thanks MJB

 

Pony up..... or call around and find the dealer that the aisle fella will do for free (robbing his techs of gravy labor)..

Gots to have the Hyundai Software to effect the programming of fob to module.. If you have 2 reomote for the car, present both at time of program.. have to be done at same time.

 

This is correct. You have to have the dealership do this, as the keys are not sent out programmed and cannot be programmed without the Hyundai software.
