Angry oil consumption

Hi to everybody. I have accent crdi 2002 model with 75.000 km.On 65.000 he start to burn oil 2 lit on 5.000 km.Technicians find that is problem with turbocharger, and we change it. But on next oil change (after 5.000 km) become the same situation like before, missing oil again 2 lit. is not leaking from anywhere, engine is dry. We found that the incoming air tube (after inter cooler) on head is wet from fresh clear oil.
Can anybody suggest something?

Best regards,Jomba

Still sucking oil from intercooler or turbo, obviously.

So is it possible the new turbocharger is damaged from factory or is it any other place where can come oil in that tube? or we should change again the turbocharger?

Frankly, I couldn't tell you. But I can tell you that oil flows through the turbo and the intercooler, and since there's no other place for the oil to get into the intake like that, then you only have a couple of options. How about the coupling or gasket where the oil gets into the turbo?
