Parasitic Amp Draw

Parasitic Amp Draw
Hello All. My son has a 2012 Accent. The battery drains sometimes and it wont start. He just put a new Interstate battery in it. The next day, it was dead and had to be jump started. I decided to test for parasitic amp draw. Found the drain with an interior panel fuse. It is ROOM LAMP 2 10A. The draw before removing the fuse was .1A and after was .04A . In the manual, it says that this fuse is 'Auto Cut Relay'. I did some searching and I think this is an Auto Fuel Shutoff Relay. With the fuse out of the socket, the car starts and runs fine. My guess is that the relay should be replaced, Not sure if this is correct or where that relay is. Any help would be much appreciated.

Quick update. I did some more testing. With the 10A fuse pulled, the interior lights don't work. The rear hatch light does work. The radio does work. With the fuse back in, and the interior lights set to the 'OFF' position, the amp draw is the same. Any idea what else is on that fuse? Thanks.
