I recently bought the 2018 Verna (Accent). When I bought it, the smart trunk opened to half the height as it should. But now when i try to unlock it, it just unlocks and doesn't rise at all. Is there anyway I could make it rise at least to the height it was supposed to?

 

Some systems use what are called "Gas filled cylinders". If the gas has managed to escape the cylinder(s) will not have enough pressure (strength) to raise the lid.
