Every time I get in my car it smells like coolant
No - the floorboard is not wet
No - there's no signs of leaks
I've checked radiator water/coolant levels

Most likely the leak is small and the coolant flows into the engine compartment through the drain hole in the heater radiator housing. Automotive fluids are on globy.com. therefore there are leaks on the floor, but the smell may be present.

 

I also have white chalky splatter on the hood and engine. I ran the car until warmed, had plenty of water and antifreeze in radiator but zero in reservoir. I have no clue what I'm looking at under the hood but I followed all hoses and lines from the radiator and reservoir and can't see anything leaking.

 

Most likely there is a leak somewhere in the cooling system or cylinder head gasket. need to look at different temperature conditions.
