Angry Throttle Body

Hey everybody,

My car won't idle, I have to turn it off at stop lights because it revs too high and the check engine light is on.

So far I have replaced the cam shaft position sensor, the mass air flow sensor and the throttle position sensor. The latest mechanic I took it too said it needs a new throttle body so I ordered one off of Ebay and it seems to be the wrong part.

In this image, the existing throttle body is on the right and the new one on the left, the new one is lacking ports for what I believe is coolant. Am I missing something here?

Is that the wrong part or am I supposed to do something to add the ports?

I also have error codes from the most recent round if anyone would like a look.

Does anyone even know what those ports are called? If I knew maybe I could answer my question with google.
