If I buy a 2012 Accent used with less then 5k miles on it what kind of warranty will.it have?

The full 10yr/100k or something else?

 

2nd owner only gets 5y/60k miles warranty from original date of service unless it is a Hyundai certified pre-owned vehicle.

But remember, the 10y/100k mile new car warranty is just on the engine and trans, the rest of the car only is 5y/60k miles even for new car buyers.

I was told by my dealer that the 10 year warranty is for the first owner only. My grandmother had my Accent for 6 weeks before she passed and when I paid the car off they told me that I would only have the 5 year warranty, not the 10 year one.
