Hello, can anyone tell me how to disable my 120 kph speed warning...its driving me nuts!

I am an American living in the UAE and purchased an 06 Azera. I am not used to being warned about my speed. I wish it would stop after a time lapse or certain speed above max. It stays on continuously and is really annoying.
