2007 Azera Accesories
Hey guys,
I just bought my 2007 Hyundai Azera Limited on Saturday with 39,000 miles on it for 14,277. I am so far very happy with the car, but it is still early. I have a black Azera with black leather interior. Woke up Sunday morning and the dash board had cracked. DOH! no big deal i know it is covered under warranty.
The reason form my post is to find out if any of you have purchased any accesories for your Azera and if so what do you recommend. I am thinking about getting the mud gaurds, sun roof visor and window visors to start. Does anyone have a recomended site to purchase from or to stay away from?
I also think i'm going to have the side windows tinted to further improve the VIP look of the vehicle. Let me know what you guys have done or are thinking about doing.
Thanks

Congratulations, Iwashburn, on a smart buy. I'm supposed to take delivery of my new 2009 Azera today...just waiting for the call.
With regards to your cracked dashboard: I have read on other forums that the cracking of the dashboard is a recognized manufacturing defect in the 2007 Azeras. It is due to an over-perforation of the dash that is supposed to split when the airbag is deployed. It should be covered under warranty, as you stated.
One accessory you didn't mention that I feel is important to maintain the cars paint job is a plastic deflector for the hood. Some people may feel it cheapens the look of the car but I think it looks better than rusty stone chips and dents.
I also got the wind deflector for the sunroof and I'm thinking seriously about getting the side window deflectors as well. If you decide to get them, let me know how functional they are.
Sorry, but it's too early in the game for me to know where to be buying after market accessories for the Azera. All I know of is the dealership. I'll let you know if I come across anything.
