Hey. I have a 2011 Azera Limited. My ABS light and brake light are both on. Need suggestions. Also my radio doesn’t turn on when I start the car and the ac doesn’t blow either. I just had an engine swap a couple months ago. Any helpful ideas would be appreciated

 

First question, who did the engine swap?

We ask this because if they left something partially undone or loose, it can be a cause.
From the description it does sound like there a possible communication problem with the network system on the vehicle.
Certain checks are run when the key is first turned on , then when attempting to start the engine , then when driving.
If the computer picks up on an incomplete check for whatever reason , it could illuminate the check engine or other warning lamps to notify the operator a problem exists within the systems There are capable scan tools that can identify a problem but not everyone has one because they are expensive and not everyone has the required experience to utilize them. Dealerships are required to have someone trained on the latest vehicles or they cannot get reimbursed for any warranty work.
If you have a good shop that is up to date, with the equip and training , consider using them.

 

Dads 2011 azera sat for 2 months woth dead battery and had some mice.

Got new battery and have also brake light abs light tpms light radio was dead and no AC Fan!

I did find radio had blown fuse and it powered up but now no sound to speakers?

Did you ever get these problems resolved?
