Default Iridium spark plugs

Getting ready to replace my plugs in 2006 Azera and shopping around
I see iridium plugs from $4 to $16 with Denso long life the most expensive.
What plug is the closest to the factory plug (trying to stay away from the dealer)? Gap them to .39-.43?? When replacing the plugs, I am also replacing the intake manifold gasket and PCV valve ... anything else?
I am the original owner with 180,000 miles (they where good plugs)!!
