Im in the middle of removing the auto trans from my 2000 Elantra and a few things dont add up. I dont see any way to get to the converter bolts? Are there any converter bolts? Also i believe i broke the speedo gear :/ The cable came out but the actual gear is still in the transmission. I removed the wingle 10MM bolt that looks to hold the gear in place however the metal housing turned and cracked. Any help or hints to make this swap easier would be great.
