Default 2004 transmission issues

Ive recently had the transmission rebuilt on my non ABS 04 elantra. Im noticing after im finished braking and start to accelerate there is some times a knock from passenger side. So a few days later i got under there and found everything to be ok but the CV axle. I started moving it around and found it to be loose at the transmission. ( like a up and down loose ) so its almost binding and clunking during normal driving sichuations also giving off a vibe, and other side CV is mint. So I replaced CV with a used one and found it not as bad but still clunks and everything just less often also vibe is still there...

My questions are;
:Is there a difference in the CV splines from ABS to non ABS ?
:And could something have came loose internally from
recent transmission rebuild???

Any insight or ideas would be great THANKs
