Hi my santa fe has recently started talking to me.. please help me understand what is it trying to say

1. I hear rattling noise when I start the car after a long halt... the noise stops after some time.. it is more if I am going uphill or taking turns.. however no noise after sometime..

2. There is a hissing noise whenever I put the car in reverse gear.. each time I move the stick to 'R' it hisses

Pls help
