2006 Elantra OBD Codes P0030 & P2237

2006 Elantra OBD Codes P0030 & P2237
Hi. Check engine just came on a week or so ago and when I checked it was setting Codes P0030 and P2237. Light was on for a few days, went off for a few days and then came back on as of 2 days ago; each time showing above mentioned codes and nothing else. From what I can tell this relates to the Upstream O2 Sensor but what I really don't know is whether this is telling me the sensor is bad and needs replacing or if this is indicating other issues with the vehicle.
Hopefully someone here with more experience can narrow down the possibilities for me?? Thanks.
