We just did another trek 110 miles round trip and it performed fine. Only one moment, after an extended idle, did the temp gauge even twitch above normal. It doesn't even seem to be squeeling anymore. Perhaps it just didn't like Florida.
If it acts up again, I'm going to try your adjustment. Until then, I guess I'll try not to worry so much.
