I'm looking to purchase a 04 elantra GT with 28,000 miles. In test driving it everything was in great shape, but the clutch had to be put all the way to the floor or else it would grind. The seller said it had always been this way. It feels like the clutch just needs some adjusting, but I was curious if this is a common issue with the 04 elantras?

Any thoughts?
