Question control arm help

Hello everybody,

Had to replace my control arm on my 98' elantra base and figured i'd give it a shot.
Everything is unbolted now except the rear bushing. everytime I try and loosen the bolt it just spins and spins. My chiltons guide says there is a nut but all I can see is the bolt head -- it seems the nut is hidden inside the frame and there is no way for me to access it.
Seriously I am lost and am considering just grabbing my angle grinder and cutting it out-- just dont want to lose the nut (if there is even a nut) inside the frame.
Anyone have any experience with a setup like this?

Thanks!

Yeah, there is a nut inside which is welded.
Unfortunately, sometimes the weld breaks and the nut spins.
I personally haven't had this problem and don't know of a solution.
If you get it fixed then let us know how you did it. Thanks.

On youtube, it happened on a PT Cruiser where the nut just spins
They went through the floor to cut a hole to access the nut.
