Hyundai Elantra While not much larger than the accent, the Elantra offers similar room, but a sportier look and feel, as well as more power.

Default Driving with E-break on

Hello! I JUST got my 2005 Elantra and accidentally drove one mile to the train station this morning with the e-break on. I noticed it when I was trying to park and the car did not want to move. then it would not let me take the key out. I finally got it out and started it again to make sure it was ok. I feel like an idiot but am worried as to what kind of damage I may have caused. help!

Probably minimal damage. Just wore the pads down a little.

Default thanks!

I also noticed that it was rolling back a touch when I parked (and not on a hill)
After my faux paus, it seemed like more. maybe the transmission was weak to begin with?
I am a relatively new driver so not too sure of these things....
