I have read a few walkthroughs for replacing the clutch. I have gotten to the point of putting the transmission back on and the walkthroughs say it should slip right back into place. It is lined up and goes on some but doesn't just slide all the way into place.

I did use the tool to center the disc and the throwout bearing is on the transmission.

Is there something I am missing?
