i imagine this is a easy thing to do but i couldent figure it out. Can anyone give detailed instructions how to fold down the rear seats in 4 door 2009 elantras? Do all do this or is an option that had to be paid for when purchased? thanks

 

Yes, it's standard equipment. Have you checked your owners manual? See pages 3-2 and 3-10 thru 3-11. They are in the trunk.

 

thanks, the manual picture to me looked like they release switches were on the rear dashboard under the window, but those are just hooks. i got them down

 

That's what it's written out on the right side of page 3-10:

The hooks on the package shelf are for the teather strap on child car seats.

 

Do you think a treadmill would fit in with the seats folded down? The treadmill website lists Product in Inches (L x W x H):53.2 x 65.5 x 28.4
