Has anyone run into a dealer wanting to replace bulbs based on age of vehicle (2013 Elantra)? My daughter brought her car in for some work and they recommended replacing the following:

License Plate bulbs (2)
Marker bulbs (3)
Daytime Running (3)

Can't imagine they are all out.

I guess my question is the practice of replacing all these bulbs as a precautionary measure. I've never run across this before. I don't believe all these lights are actually out.
