Ok. Thanks so much! I'm going to get it diagnosed by someone else. Whether that is the problem or not I really do appreciate your help.I will keep you posted on my progress.

i have the same car with the same problem EXACTLY. what ddi you find with your car??? was it the shift linkage? what did it cost you to fix it?
