Default power steering problem

I changed all of the belts, including the timing belt, and also the water pump in my 2002 elantra, recently. Now, when I turn the steering wheel, it squeals very loud, and sometimes the pulley stops. There are no leaks that can be found in any hoses. Can the problem be the power steering pump? I would appreciate if anyone can give me any information about this problem I am having. Thank you.

I had the same problem. I did the water pump, timing belt, powersteering belt etc. I had the same thing i took it to my mechanic and he tightened it. But now its making the same loud noise. I changed the power steering pump. Now he is saying its the belt. So tommorow we will see.
