Hyundai Elantra While not much larger than the accent, the Elantra offers similar room, but a sportier look and feel, as well as more power.

it does make you car sounds louder. to have and idea how your car will sound just remove the air filter, leave the air box open and rev the engine.a 15+ horsepower claim sounds kinda too optimistic also. have they dynoed any cars to prove this(whoever the vendor is)?

It can't. It's only a sales claim. If it were that easy to get 15 hp, they would just do it at Hyundai.

I know someone who added CAI, new, polished throttle body, and exhaust and he dynoed his Elantra at just about 15 hp over stock.

So no, you're not going to find a +15 hp intake.

A true ram air intake needs the car to be traveling at some speed, like more than 70mph, to begin to become effective. But it will not give you 10% horsepower increase. The dynos I have seen, in VWs and Mustangs and Hondas, usually show 2HP gains from either a cold air intake or a ram air one.

Most eBay intakes aren't true CAI's they are just a filter placed on the end of the MAF and a bracket. If you can find a real CAI intake on eBay for $20 it probably has a cheap filter so go out an spend a few extra bucks on a quality filter from K&N.
