Will this tire size fit on a 1997 Elantra GLS on the stock rim??? Tires are coming off a Honda Civic

Your stock size is 195/60/14. The tire will fit on the rim, but it might be too tall and hit the fender well (but probably not), and it will throw off the speedometer calibration. Also it will have a different load rating (but probably negligible). The other issue is it's a skinnier tire and taller, which means less rubber contact with the road. Bottom line is it will PROBABLY work, but not optimal.

The stock tire would have been a 175/65R14 (195/60R14 was an option), so yes they should fit.
