Default 2010 brake light bulb replacement

Hey all;
The rear brake light does not come on so I will assume for now its just the bulb (just driver's side).

My google-fu is either bad today, or something, but I cannot find:

1. Specific instructions on how to do this myself (ie. how to access the bulb, and how to remove the bulb..ir. just pull it out, twist, etc)
2. The size and type of bulb

I do understand that I should check for any burned areas in the socket, and avoid touching the bulb.

Any links/diagrams/info appreciated once again.

Instead of Google, you should have searched your owners manual. Specifically pages 7-55 and 7-56:

Removal:
1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. Loose the screws (3EA) holding the rear combination lamp then disconnect the connector (A) then remove the rear combination lamp.

3. Replace the bulbs (4EA) turning in the counter clockwise direction.
A : Tail lamp
B : Rear turn signal lamp
C : Back up lamp
D : Stop lamp

Installation:
1. Connect the lamp connector after assembling the bulb.

2. Install the rear combination lamp assembly.

------------------------------

As for the bulb, it should be the typical 1157 bulb for the tail/stop light. But remove the dead one first to verify.
