Hyundai Elantra Touring / i30 The compact wagon / hatchback that has as much cargo space as a Tucson in a car the size of the Elantra sedan.

Enough; traded in the 2010 Touring for a 2013 Elantra GT

Hi Chris I find Sport setting stiffest, Normal next and Comfort least. I find Comfort very easy for parking and keep it in that mode all the time now. I think the steering was a big selling point for me. I had Hankooks on the 2012 Sonata I traded in and didn't like them. I lived in Buffalo ice and snow then and the Hankooks were much less stable than the Dunlops I had on previous Honda Accord, but then that could have been the car. The Sonata was traded in at 18000 miles and the Hankook tires were already showing signs of wear. I thought they were sloppy, but there again I like stiff suspension and tire walls. The Honda did 76000 on the Dunlops. The Elantra GT has 16 inch Nexans and I really like them - very stable. I am very pleased with the car - nice for golf clubs! It is very economical but there again I am 77 years old and drive as slowly as the South Carolina NASCAR wanabees will let me.
I do suspect that the ECO setting is LESS economical than when it is switched off!

I saw a bad report on bubbles in Continental tires on one of the Elantra threads here.
