Does anyone know what the Mini usb port upper rh side of radio 2009 elantra touring used for? Can't find any info in my owners manual.

 

Yes it's for plugging in a USB key that will show up as 'AUX'. There wasn't room for a full size connector there, so you need an adapter or a cable to actually hook it up.


Not sure how well it works - first thing I did with this stereo on my car was tear it out.

 

The 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring's top right radio port, a Mini USB port, is normally used to connect USB devices, including flash drives or portable media players i guess.
