I had a Clifford remote starter installed, with bypass module. In the last two weeks, I've noticed that the radio presets are blanking or erasing.

The installer said that the module replicates the key I gave him when he installed the starter, which I use on a daily basis. He said that he tied into the steering column to get his power and not the fuse box or main power from the battery.

Anyone else have issues like this?

 

They obvously screwed up something. They need to fix what they damaged. If they can't, they need to pay for someone that can.
