Rear Tail Light Assembly Replacement

How do you replace the rear tail light assembly on a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT Hatchback? There is no removable access panel, in hatchback area, to get to the connector.

There should be a removable part, it may require a few tools to pull the plastic retainers out of there.
