Default Problem With Shock-absorvers! Help

i have a 2002 Getz 1.5 , before a year i changed my tyres to 14/65/185 now every month shock-absorvers are worn out and i have to buy a new ones, or i will suffer crancking noisy sounds and very agresive bouncing while off-road or with bad quality roads here i sudan. please tell me is this fault from tyres, and whats the ideal (stock) tyre size. please please help me

do i have to use smaller tyre? or
i have to live with that![align=center] [/align]

there is an ideal tyre size for each car, better check the recommended size for your car.
