I have a 2002 santa fe 2.7l. I had all 4 engine/transmission mounts bad so I replaced them all besides the one on the rear of the engine right next to the fire wall. I can't for the life of me figure out how to mangle my body or even a wrench/ratchet to get onto those bolts. Anyone here ever done it? If so how in the world should i go about doing this?

 

2003 Santa Fe with the same issue -- rear motor mount is bad, but I cannot figure out how to get at the bolts with a wrench. Should I go get a flex-head ratchet or a U-joint adapter? Will this work? There are virtually no videos for this motor mount out there -- videos for the Elantra, but those bolts go in from underneath, not on top of the mount and frame like the Santa Fe.

 

Same!!! It looks impossible without dropping the subframe 😭
