I was due for my 3000 mile oil change yesterday. I changed the oil and filter myself as usual. 5w-30 oil, 5.5 qts. When I came in the house my wife said," oh ya the oil light came on today and stayed on , I forgot to tell you". Thanks wife!
Light is now off with the new oil change. I can't check level now with the oil just changed. Anyone have a clue, other than low oil why the light was on for a day? Coincidence the light popped on the same day I went to change oil. The car doesn't burn any oil so I am puzzled. No oil leaks either. It's a v6. Thanks
