I bought my fiance a 2005 hyundai santa fe 2.7 and her power steering went out so I replaced the pump and a hose and filled it back up and bled the system and still can't get the power steering back. I had to replace the Reservoir cause I busted the other one in the process of putting the new pump on but changed all that and still can't get power steering back... did I miss somthing forget to do somthing? Any help is appreciated.

You probably received a questionable pump assy.
There is a lot of that going around lately.

 

This is actually the 2nd pump i put on it. I put the first one on and couldn't get power steering for 2 days so I took it off and went and exchanged it for another and still no power steering

 

Pumps probably from the same place, yes/no ?
Consider one from the dealership.
